Hot Wheels, Hot Wheels and more Hot Wheels!: My New Hot Wheels

I was surprised when I walked into my local Walmart and saw these 50th Anniversary cars in a dump bin. There must have been over a dozen sets, so I decided to grab a set. I have only previous seen them at ToysRUs. There was only one box of Cargo Carriers that were ready to go on the pegs, so I had my pick of them. I think there were 2 each of the Honda Oddysey, the Nissan Skyline Wagon, and the VW Van. There was only one Sunagon and three of the Gulf Vans in the box.

Lastly, Walmart also restocked the normally empty Matchbox pegs with the latest 2018 65th Anniversary cars, including the new 2017 blue Civic hatchback. I decided to leave it for someone who really wanted it. I also spotted a couple of new Jeep Wagoneers, the Fiat 500X, the Land Rover 90, and a Ford Expedition. I came home with the silver Karmann Ghia and the blue VW beetle.
